Vura: AI Fitness Coach — Delete your account

You can delete your Vura: AI Fitness Coach account and all of its data at any time.

In the app

• Open Vura and go to Profile.
• Tap the ⚙️ settings button to open Account & Settings.
• Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email lumi@vura.fit from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login, profile and goals, all meal, water, supplement, weight, body measurement, workout, step and sleep logs, scores, achievements, custom exercises and plans, and your profile, progress and meal photos.

Copies in our providers’ backups are removed within 30 days. Data stored by Health Connect or Apple Health on your phone is not affected — manage it in those apps.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account settings so you are not charged again.
